ZUMBA GOLD
Mondays and Wednesday - 9:30 AM
Super FUN class designed for the over 50 crowd looking for a lower intensity and modified Zumba class with a licensed instructor. Focus on balance, coordination and range of motion. Dance your way to a healthier you!

MOVE IT!
Mondays - 10:40 AM
30 minutes of low-impact aerobics and 30 minutes of gentle stretching for a total body workout. This class focuses on improving endurance, balance and strength, all to fun music you will find yourself singing along with.

STRENGTH & BALANCE
Tuesdays and Thursdays - 9:30AM
Get fit, improve balance/flexibility and build muscle. We use chairs, weights, resistance bands, and exercise balls all supplied by the community center. All movements can be modified for your ability and intensity level.
This is a very well attended class so please arrive 15 minutes early to get a chair.

HAPPY FEET
Tuesdays and Thursdays - 10:40 AM
This 40-45 min class is an "in-place" full body walking workout that will build your cardio, endurance, and flexibility. It involves walking to the beat of the music with different stepping moves as well as backwards walking.
This class does not allow participant using an assistive walking device.

We love music! We love dancing! Get in shape while having fun! Whether you are a beginner or more advanced, the Let’s Dance instructors lead the class in an encouraging and welcoming environment with easy line dancing style steps to your favorite songs.

CHAIR YOGA
Wednesdays 11:00 AM
A gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. Target common areas of weakness and tension with our nationally and multi-certified instructor. Great for a beginner who wants to try yoga.

MAT YOGA GENTLE STRETCH

On the floor, on a yoga mat for the entire class, without applying stress to your joints. Improve flexibility, range of motion and enhance your mental health with this class. Mats, blocks, blankets and straps provided.
