Happy Feet

This 40-45 min class is an "in-place" full body walking workout that will build your cardio, endurance and flexibility. Walking to the beat of the music with different stepping moves as well as backwards walking. 

Please wear closed toe shoes and bring a water bottle.

Moderate Intensity

(This class does not allow participant using an assistive walking device.)
