Strength & Balance

Very well attended class so please arrive 15 mins early to get a chair.

Get fit, improve balance/flexibility and build muscle. We use chairs, weights, resistance bands, and exercise balls all supplied by the community center. All movements can be modified for your ability and intensity level.

Please wear closed toe shoes and bring a water bottle.
